Version conflict pop-up missing for My scheduled on Dashboard.

Steps:

1. Edit a published item.
2. Publish this draft later in the future.
3. Edit this item again and create a new draft.
4. Publish the second draft.
5. Go to Dashboard / My scheduled.
6. Edit the draft from step 2.

Actual: Only gray overlay is displayed.
Expected: Version conflict pop-up is displayed.
