Preconditions:

Change time zone in User settings for different than you have on your system.

Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and select for ex. Article
3. Fill required fields
4. Click Publish later, pick a day

Actual result:

As default, after selecting day, time picker preselects system time, not current time from user's time zone.

Expected result:

Time should match time zone from user settings.
