Steps:

1. Go to Page/site
2. Switch to edit mode
3. Drag and drop any block
4. Type very long block's Name and submit
5. Move mouse cursor to see block menu. Cursor should pointing at block name

Actual result:

There is no tooltip to see full name of the block.

Expected result:

Tooltip appears.
