After second click dropdown switcher should hide the menu

    Description

      Steps:
      1. Go to Page/site
      2. Switch to edit mode
      3. Click on "arrow button" to dropdown menu
      4. Click again
      Actual result:

      After second click nothing happens. Menu is still visible.

      Expected result:

      Menu hides.
