The TTL for Landing Page (or block) is not set to the number of seconds until a future item is published, so the page won't be refreshed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Increase default TTL to a large number, for example 99999
2. Login as admin
3. Go to Page
4. Create new Landing Page
5. Add Content Scheduler Block
6. Add two items:

• Media/File in "now"
• Media/Multimedia scheduled a few days in advance

7. Publish Landing Page
8. While using varnishlog (or something like it) visit the published Landing Page and check the s-maxage property for Page or block

Expected:
The value is equal to the number of seconds left to the future publication

Actual:
The value is equal to default value.
