No default date and time in content airtime settings in Scheduler block

Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure.
2. Click Create button and select Landing Page.
3. Drag and Drop Scheduler Block
4. Click Settings button to configure the block.
5. Select content

Actual result:
No default date and time in content airtime settings, see attached screen.
When user closes the settings, opens them again and chooses the content, there is default date and time.
