Cannot change the order of content in Collection block

Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and select Landing Page
3. Drag and Drop Collection Block
4. Click Settings button to configure the block
5. Select at least two contents and click Submit
6. Click Settings button again
7. Try to change order of selected content.

Actual result:
Order is not changed.

Expected result:
Order is changed.
