Switching to a different day and back in the timeline results in a greyed out Elements menu. It happens only if current time is before 12:00, as clicking the date starts previewing given page at 12:00 (and if it's before noon then 12:00 is in the future and Elements menu is still disabled).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Page
2. Open the timeline
3. Open the calendar
4. Click next day.
5. Go back to the current day.

Result: the Elements menu remains greyed out and inactive, even after hiding the calendar and the timeline.
