After validation was triggered Discard button doesn't work.

Steps:

1. Add block to LP.
2. Fill Basic tab.
3. Trigger validation on Design tab.
4. Click Discard on pop-up.

Actual: Nothing happens, pop-up doesn't close.
Expected: It's possible to close pop-up.
