Validation behaves differently for Content List & Video.

Steps:

1. Add block to Landing Page (affects Content List and Video).
2. Fill mandatory fields on Basic tab.
3. On Design tab enter invalid input and trigger validation.

Actual: View switches to Basic tab, triangle icon on affected tab does not appear.
Expected: View stays on Design tab, triangle icon on affected tab appears.
