Compared to StudioUI the behaviour when selecting block is different:
in v1 block stayed selected only on hover, in v2 they are selected both on hover and on focus.

This makes it possible to have to blocks have the "selected" outline at the same time.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Landing Page
2. Add two blocks to it
3. Click on one block
4. Hover over the second block.

Result:
Both blocks look "selected"
