It's not possible to open Block configuration using ezplatform-ee (branch master) that are working in ezplatform-ee-demo.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Page (site siteaccess)
3. Create new Landing Page (default layout)
4. Add Collection Block
5. Open block settings

Result:
Configuration popup does not appear.
Error in logs:
