Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and choose Landing Page
3. Add Schedule block
4. Click Settings from the Block

Actual result:

Application gets grey colours. Console shows:

POST http://pagebuilder/admin/page/block/request-configuration-form 500 (Internal Server Error)
GET http://pagebuilder/_wdt/1e0a00 404 (Not Found)
TypeError: Cannot read property 'addEventListener' of null

Expected result:

Settings modal appears with no errors.
