Preconditions:

Second admin user exists in application

Steps:

1. As admin create content item and choose Send for review and type only a reviewer (second user from preconditions), leave message field empty
2. Log in as a second admin
3. Click on user menu and choose notifications
4. Click on notification with the review

Actual result:

User is redirected to the CI which should be reviewed. Approval timeline table is empty. You can resend this CI to review several times, but if message field is empty it will be empty as well.

Expected result:

User is redirected to the CI which should be reviewed. Approval timeline table is fulfilled with data without the message field. No matter how many times CI will be send to review, it will keep the history of reviews with or without the messages.
