Last edited by always shows the creator.

Steps

1. Using one user publish a new Landing Page.
2. Using another user edit that LP and publish another version.
3. Verify the Last edited by <user> line.

Actual: The original creator of the LP is shown.
Expected: The creator of the last version is shown.
