As we did during version 2 alpha (June 2017), this is a spike to explore how to move the landing page manager to the new U.I. architecture.
Requirements are:

• covering same scope as landing page manager v1 (as in v2.0).
• additional nice to have features such as moving blocks between zones.
• version 2 performances (speed and latency)
