Cannot send for review draft based on version scheduled for publishing.

Steps:

1. Publish new e.g. article or use existing.
2. Edit this content item.
3. Schedule publishing later.
4. Edit this content item again and choose "+ New Draft" from draft selection.
5. Send for review.

Issue: Internal server error 500 (please see attached).
