Removed action is present before Addition action in content item history.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add Schedule block.
3. Add content item (in Now point in time).
4. Move timeline slider to the future.
5. Remove item.
6. Return to Now.
7. Change airtime to the future past the removal time.
8. Open Full list and verify history
Actual: Removed is present before Addition.
Expected: Removed is cleared in such case.

Remarks: On 1.7.4 it is worse because preview is empty in such case.
