Cannot publish new Landing Page from Content Page.

Steps:
1. Go to Content / Content structure.
2. Click Create.
3. Choose Landing Page.
4. Fill in name and description.
5. Click Publish.
Actual: "An error occurred while publishing the draft".
Expected: It is possible to publish LP from Content tab.
