When editing a landingpange it is unpossible to scroll down to blocks that are located lower in the page. We have a layout with 3 zones Top, middle, bottom. The bottom zone is not reachable.
The inner scrollbar is not draggable, the mousewheel does not affect the scrollbar.
This is reproducable with a default ezplatform-ee installation and firefox/chrome on MAC/Linux/Windows.
