Task aim: to provide description of how to navigate the site and enter into Edit / View mode.

Note: The initial concept provided the Inside Edit: ON/OFF option in the menu (|InsideEditor_menu.png|).
The current concept, implemented as Studio Toolbar, provides Edit/ View mode switcher.
