Block type field takes value from name field.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add e.g. Embed block.
3. Delete default name.
4. Add custom name.
5. Add content.
6. Submit.
7. Return to settings.
8. Verify name on the title of the form. (screenshot 1)
9. Publish.
10. Return to edit mode.
11. Open settings.
12. Enter another name.
13. Verify name on the title of the form
Actual: Block type is replaced with the previous name. (screenshot 2)
Expected: Block type is displayed together with current name.
