Wrong content is in review when content was translated.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to 'Content structure' and preview page "About".
2. Click on "Translations" -> "New Translation"
3. Choose "French" -> "Base this translation on an existing translation" -> "English".
4. Send for review.
5. Click on the notification.

Actual: User is redirected to review the English version.
Expected: User is redirected to review the French version.
