Moving simple form fields in dropzone affects columns in submissions table.

Prereq.: Open Studio editor on one page and Content / Form Manager on another.

Steps:
1. Create a new Landing Page.
2. Add Form block (with mandatory settings).
3. Add one simple form field e.g. Single Line Text.
4. Add another one beneath e.g. Date.
5. Submit.
6. Publish.
7. Add submission(s).
8. Verify table on Form Manager page.
9. Edit.
10. Change the order of the simple form fields in the dropzone (drag Date above Single Line Test).
11. Submit.
12. Publish.
13. Add submission(s).
14. Verify table on Form Manager page.
Actual: Values in columns are swapped.
Expected: Values are in correct columns.
