Future publication setting form behaviour when clicking on navigation bar.

Steps:
1. Create a new Lading Page.
2. Click Publish Later.
3. Click on the navigation bar (ez-zones-navigation).
4. Click on the triangle next to Publish (ez-view-studiodraftactionview_btn_toggle).
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 a few times and observe the form's position.
