This is the Story to be done for Studio Demo, after Kernel PR is merged.

Kernel PR #1868 introduces a new content / publish policy. From now on policies content / create and content / edit are related to drafts only. To publish a content draft, content / publish policy is required.

Main reason for this story: our default clean and demo setups provide content / all functions policy for Editor Role, so it is not possible to showcase this new feature.

We thought of separating Editor Role into Writers and Publishers (with proper User Groups). Writers would have content / create and content / edit policies + other needed. Publishers would additionally have content / publish policy. The main idea is to allow Writers to send content for a review but also to disallow publishing this content.

This is of course one of the ideas, to be checked with the PM - maybe we can showcase it better.
