    Description

      Incorrect date on Form Manager page.

      Steps:
      1. Add form block.
      2. Complete block's configuration.
      3. Publish.
      4. Add submission(s).
      5. Go to Content / Form Manager.
      6. Verify the Created and Modified dates.
      Actual: Day is incorrect.
      Expected: Whole date is correct.
