Mandatory attribute disappears from Name field after publish

    Description

      Mandatory attribute disappears from Name field after publish.

      Steps:
      1. Add Form block.
      2. Add all 3 simple form fields.
      3. Fill mandatory values.
      4. Submit & Publish.
      5. Return to Edit mode.
      6. Open Settings, Fields tab.
      7. Verify Name on all 3 simple form fields.
      Actual: Mandatory attribute is gone.
      Expected: Name stays mandatory.
