Add an event for marking user notifications as read after clicking on a link in pop-up notification (at the bottom of the screen).

Steps for the original issue:
1. Log in twice (as one user who sends a content item for review and as a user who receives the notification about a new review request).
2. As user one send a content item for review to user two.
3. As user two when you receive the notification about new review request (at the bottom of the screen) click on the included link "View Content". [screen 1]
Actual: Content item is opened in Content Editor and the Approval Timeline is visible. The new notification is not marked as read (in the new user profile).
Expected: Content item is opened in Content Editor and the Approval Timeline is visible. The new notification is marked as read.

Remarks: Currently the user notifications are marked as read only when they are opened from the Notifications pop-up form. [screen 2]
