As a user with 'create' access rights, I should be able to see the option to 'drag & drop' or 'Select files'

    Description

      The functionality is to let an Editor upload multiple files to a folder or gallery at a single time.

      The Editor can view this option in a folder or gallery only if they have the permission to create content objects
