The "Drop here" label in drop-zone is misplaced.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Drag a block from the Elements menu.
3. Verify the frame in the drop-zone before dropping the block.
Actual: "Drop here" label is misplaced (top left corner).
Expected: "Drop here" label is centred.

Remarks: Does not occur on win10 with Edge 38.
