Block action menu is misplaced in IE.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add a e.g. Schedule block.
3. Select the block.
4. Verify the position of the action menu.
Actual: Menu covers the block (screen 1).
Expected: Menu is above the block (screen 2).

Remarks: Please see attached.
Does not occur on win10 with Edge 38.
