LP block icons are not visible when dragging from menu to zone.

Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Try dragging any block from the Elements menu to any drop-zone.
Actual: When dragging the block icon hides beneath the drop-zone.
Expected: The block icon remains visible when dragging.
