Scrollbar width error occurs in debugger on Studio demo home page.

Prereq.: Have browser console open before going through the flow.

Steps:
1. Log into http://devdemo.ez.no:82/ez.
2. Go to Page.
3. On home (Tasteful Planet) in View mode scroll down a little bit.
Issue: Error occurs in console "Unable to get property '1' of undefined or null reference" (attached).

Remarks: Debugger points to getScrollbarWidth (attached).
