In the community company directory, this search:

yields different results than this search:
http://share.ez.no/directory/companies/%28country%29/usa/%28partners%29/all
So if the community member has chosen a different way of writing their country's name than the searcher's way, they will likely miss each other.

Using a drop-down list of countries would solve this.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit http://share.ez.no/directory/companies/
2. Click Refine this list
3. Enter "United States"
Then try again, but enter "USA".
Note the difference in search results.
