There's a comment under it, but its HTML and CSS is far from anything that we would consider comments. Now, I expect that decision was made to treat all comments as form discussion topics, however please consider showing full versions of comments under the article or blog post full view. Comments very often address the text itself, provide explanations etc, all in the context of the main entry. This function may be lost if you force users to move to the forum to discuss the text.
